Kayla is a Nurse Practitioner in Central Utah. In her practice, her main goal is to help her patients feel empowered by teaching them how to understand and improve their physical and mental health. Kayla grew up in a rural Utah town where she found a passion for dancing really early on. She danced all through high school, and after graduation she continued her love for dance by becoming a dance teacher while also dancing at a collegiate level.
Kayla has had a passion for helping others for as long as she can remember. That passion eventually led her into nursing school, and later becoming a Nurse Practitioner. She attended the University of Phoenix and has a postgraduate certificate from the University of Connecticut.
Kayla is a mom of 3 kids. Two little cowboys, Cinch and Stetson, and a little girl, Oakley. Kayla is married to Chris and they are just about to celebrate their 12-year anniversary. As a family, they enjoy spending their time together roping, riding horses, playing baseball, and being in the mountains as often as they can.
Kayla loves being a mom and a wife, and she also loves sharing her passion for living a healthy lifestyle. She ties her two worlds together by teaching her family and her patients to take control of their health by giving them the tools they need to be successful.
