This is an easy two ingredient dough recipe that is easy to throw together and perfect for making Pizza, Buns, Bagels, etc.
Pre-Heat Oven to 400 Degrees
Combine Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, salt and Self Rising Flour. **Dough will be sticky.
Place dough mixture onto a lightly floured surface. Knead until it forms a more dough like consistency.
Roll dough out or cut into desired shape and thickness.
Place on a parchment lined baking sheet or pizza pan/stone if making pizza.
Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until crust is browned and cooked all the way through.
