I actually got to know Nicole through her husband, David Martinez from in these mountains when he was a guest on the podcast on episode number 27. And we kind of just we vibed after that. After having David on and getting to Nicole on social media, I was super curious to really get to know Nicole and for her to share her story. Nicole is not only a wife, but she is a mom of three a Pilates instructor and NASM certified personal trainer. She is on a mission to empower and inspire women but most importantly moms who feel like they’ve lost their identity raising their babies, or lost their way trying to navigate a low maintenance lifestyle. Nicole and I discuss hardship and working through it.
