I will be the first person to admit that the thought of maternity clothes was not something I was thrilled about when I found out I was pregnant or even during most of my pregnancy.  Because it’s been 5 years since my last pregnancy what I had once for maternity clothing didn’t fit my style now and honestly I was still fitting in most of my clothes leggings, jeans with a hair tie around the button and I had bought a few shirts in just a larger size, BUT once the third trimester hit it was time to find something to accommodate me.  I was ready to cave but without breaking the bank.  I wasn’t thrilled to venture into this.  Any other mama’s feel the same way?   I started looking online and I came acrossPinkBlush Maternity, my first thought . . .

As I mentioned two things that were important to me when caving and getting some maternity clothing.  1) Not having to give up my personal style and still feel like me.  2)  Affordability and not breaking the bank. I knew this time around if my health allowed I wanted to do maternity pictures to capture this moment and the beauty of pregnancy.  However, I had no idea what I wanted to wear for my shoot.  What I did know:  I wanted to be in my surroundings showing the beauty of Utah and being outdoors like our family loves, I KNEW I wanted a long flattering gown for some pictures and to feel like a pregnant goddess.  I found the perfect gown to capture this vision, adding some succulent color while the colors of nature were still coming to their own, paired with a simple nude but gorgeous black lace overlay.
