Peppermint Mocha Latte

How to make your own Peppermint Mocha

  • ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or milk of choice
  • 2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp. pure peppermint extract or a 4-5 drops of peppermint liquid stevia.
  • 1 cup strongly brewed black coffee or 1 shot espresso
  • ½ tsp. raw honey or a few drops of liquid stevia optional, if you add peppermint liquid stevia do not add this option of regular stevia, it will be sweet enough
  • 1 fresh mint leaf for garnish; optional for you fancy pants


  1. Bring milk, cocoa powder, and honey/stevia (if desired) to a boil in medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally. 

  2.  Remove from heat; mix vigorously with a whisk until frothy. 

  3. Combine Coffee and milk mixture into a blender for about 1 minute to create frothiness. 

  4. Pour your Peppermint Mocha Latte into a large coffee mug. 

Recipe Notes

You can garnish with mint leaf, chocolate or crushed candy canes  if you are feeling super fancy!
